How to make a veggie patty


Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil or any oil that you prefer
  • 1 Idaho Potato, grated
  • 1 medium Carrot, grated
  • 1 Sweet Potato, grated
  • 1 Zucchini, grated
  • 1/4 cup Broccoli, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons wheat flour
  • salt & pepper to the taste
Preparation:
  1. Wash Potato, Carrot, Sweet Potato, Zucchini and Broccoli
  2. Peel and grate in one big mixing bowl: Potato, Carrot, Sweet Potato and Zucchini
  3. Now squeeze out as much liquid as possible by taking a handful at a time and squeezing as hard as you can.
  4. Finely chop Broccoli over the squeezed veggies. 
  5. Add salt and pepper to the taste, Olive oil, wheat flour and mix everything well. 
  6. Taste for salt and spice and adjust to the taste
  7. Make patties about 3 inches in diameter and about half inch thick
  8. Cook till crisp and golden brown on both sides at medium heat on a non-stick pan
  9. Enjoy on a burger bun with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, bell pepper and ketchup
